Cathy Bergeron

I began my career in real estate in January 1987 selling and listing homes in New Hampshire.  I am married, have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter.  I relocated to South Carolina in 2004 with my husband Dick, earned my South Carolina Brokers license, and began working with The Litchfield Company. 
I enjoy working with buyers to find just the right property to help them achieve their dreams and goals as well as helping sellers get the most value from their investments so they are able to move on to their next dream.

Over the years, I have expanded my real estate expertise by earning my Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1995, Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 1998, and Graduate Realtors Institute in 1991.

Since coming to South Carolina, I have continued my real estate education by attending multiple seminars, classes, and webinars to help me to better serve my clients. 

When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my granddaughter, playing golf, and walking on the beautiful beaches.   I love meeting new people, and being able to show them the wonderful lifestyle we offer here in Pawleys Island.  Whether buying or selling, please call me if I can put my years of experience to work for you.
